Javier has been a top Real Estate Broker since 2005 and has successfully closed and negotiated over 150 million dollars in sales.  His background in Real Estate Investments, International Business as well as his bilingual skills in English and Spanish have allowed him to serve a wide spectrum of buyers and sellers in the Portland Metro and Vancouver areas.

Building his growing reputation through hard work, client advocacy, and innovative thinking, Javier sets his expectations high.  He quickly became  a well trusted and preferred broker within Portland’s Housing non-profit organizations.  Javier’s seasoned experience, sharp instincts, foresight and ability to anticipate market trends, enables him to lead and create opportunities for buyers and sellers in up, down, volatile and changing markets.  Javier is a strong and savvy negotiator whether his client is the buyer or the seller and his passion remains to be helping first time home buyers achieve the dream of homeownership.

Javier’s work has been punctuated by his involvement with the local community. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at Hacienda CDC.  He has also been a longtime partner and preferred Real Estate Broker at the Portland Housing Center.

Javier has earned many national and local awards including: Top 10% RE/MAX agent, Multiple year 5 Star Agent Award Recipient, 2016 100 Most Influential Agents in Portland Metro Award, NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents in the Nation, amongst many others.

Javier earned degrees in Economics and International Business at UDLA in Quito, Ecuador.
